Jim’s history includes custom homes, housing  and condominium developments, residential and commercial remodeling, commercial and mixed use projects thought out  southern New Jersey and Southwest Florida. His company, JM Communities, develops, designs and builds all of their projects from the ground up.  Jim has always been passionate about building, “There something fundamental about providing housing for the people.
